Electronic Control System
Automotive Engine Management System
KESENS Engine Management System (EMS) achieved a rapid development in the market, based on low fuel consumption, low emissions and strong power.
KESENS provides low-cost and high-performance engine management system for customers. The system consists of 16-bit / 32-bit engine control unit, mechanical throttle body and various sensors (crank position sensor, cam position sensor, throttle position sensor, oxygen sensor, coolant temperature sensor, knock sensor, TMAP sensor) and actuators (idle air control valve, dual ignition coil, gasoline injector, canister purge valve).
Motorcycle Engine Management System
The new generation 32bit motorcycle engine management system developed by KESNES can support two cylinder engine application, it has 34 pin to fulfill different customers’ requirements. The whole EMS system includes ECU, compact MTB assembly(stepper motor, integrated TAMP&TPS sensor, injector assembly), oxygen sensor, coolant temperature sensor(or cylinder head temperature sensor), canister purge valve, ignition coil, fuel pump assembly, crankshaft position sensor. This EMS system can fulfill EUIV emission standards completely, meanwhile KESENS system has lots of advantages like lower cost, optimized system performance, and better service. All these features can provide customer cost effective turn-key solution.
Antilock Brake System
Through the control of solenoid valves, the ABS controller regulates the braking pressure of the four wheels of the vehicle to prevent the wheels from locking and ensure the braking performance and safety of the vehicle.
Electronic Stability Control
Electronic stability control (ESC) improves vehicle stability by detecting and reducing traction loss (skidding). When ESC detects loss of steering control, the ESC controller automatically adjusts the braking forces of the four wheels to guide the vehicle to where the driver intends to go, reducing the chance of the driver losing control of the vehicle.
