On the morning of October 28th, 2025, the "Star Shine South Lake Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Talent Week" opened in Jiaxing. The event, with the theme of "Gathering Talents in the Yangtze River Delta, Promoting Integration Together, and Winning in the New Era", gathered more than 500 guests including academicians, experts, university representatives, and high-level talents from home and abroad.
Simultaneously launching two major special actions on site, namely "Integration of Talents in the Yangtze River Delta" and "Integrated Development of Education, Science and Technology Talents", releasing a list of talent demands for key industries, signing high-level talent projects, and building an efficient platform for talent, technology, capital, and industry integration.
This talent week focuses on the three main themes of "integrated development of talents", "precise matching of industry and talent", and "integration of industry, academia and research" through the "1+10+N" system, injecting momentum into the collaborative innovation of the Yangtze River Delta.

At the opening ceremony, Chen Zhixian, Chairman of KESENS Group, was awarded the title of "Star Shine South Lake" leading talent and national level talent for his solid contributions and professional accumulation in the field of automotive electronics, and received dual recognition from the industry and government.
As a practitioner deeply involved in the field of automotive intelligent control and sensing, he had already accumulated profound automotive component technology before founding KESENS with a research background. After the company settled in Jiaxing in 2016, he led a team to focus on "deepening technology in automotive electronics", integrating the experience of multinational enterprises with local needs, laying out research and development centers in Shanghai, Suzhou, and Jiaxing, and jointly building an "industry university research" system with universities such as Zhejiang University of Technology, Tongji University, and Jilin University to consolidate the foundation of enterprise innovation.
