Camshaft Position Sensor

This product is designed based on Hall principle. It is a camshaft position sensor installed in the engine that collects position signals and inputs them to ECU for injection control, ignition timing control and knock control in turn.

Feature and benefits

Hall effective sensing technology

High accuracy and fast response

Customized flexible connector outlet orientation and sensor mounting dimensions

Non contact sensing with long service life and high reliability

Standard square wave output

High phase accuracy and small temperature drift across entire temperature range

TPO function

Suitable for harsh working environment

Product Application

The camshaft sensor detects the position of the engine camshaft and valves and sends it to the ECU to identify the TDC of cylinder 1, and then conduct injection control, ignition timing control and knock control in turn.

Operate
Basic Principle

Input the engine valve position signal to the ECU, provide the ignition control signal, and collect the dynamic angle signal of the camshaft to determine the ignition time and fuel injection period.
